Creator program terms
Creator collaboration terms
Before you start, read these operating terms together with your personal terms sheet. The recognition window, country, advance cap, attribution rule, payout schedule, and method are written on that sheet. Submitting an application does not mean you are selected or that an individual contract is signed.
Revised 20 October 2026 · creator-program-2026-10-20-v3
1. Signup reward and sales reward
Prelaunch pays USD 1 per valid new signup. The signup reward is separate from whether they buy. A marketing partner’s main-funding reward is 10% of eligible product sales. Ambassadors receive a higher rate than marketing partners. The exact rate is on your own terms sheet after selection.
A valid signup is one inside your recognition window and cap that completed official registration and consent, email or phone verification, attribution to your link, and a duplicate check as a new person. The same person counts as one even if they leave both an email and a phone number, or register again through several links.
Product sales are the amount actually paid for eligible products after discounts, minus cancellations, refunds, and chargebacks. Shipping, tax, extra donations, and products outside the program are excluded. The reward is confirmed after main funding ends and payment, collection, and refunds are checked. Each order’s reward is rounded to the cent and then added up.
2. Misuse and exclusions
The following signups are excluded from the results reward. The signup itself must meet the valid-new-signup standard even if you did not cause the problem.
- An existing subscriber registering again, or the same person creating duplicates through several accounts, contacts, or links.
- Your own self-referral, or a test registration made by the company or a participant.
- Bots, scripts, automation, false contacts, someone else’s details, or a registration without consent.
- Registrations made to look like new interest through signup farms, bought accounts, or click farms.
- Forging verification, attribution, or settlement records, or creating the same reward more than once through repeated requests.
Recruiting that pays a separate fee for a signup, or prize-led signup drives, must be agreed in writing with the team beforehand. You may not create repeated or outsourced registrations that pretend to be real interest without that agreement. Clicks, views, and follower growth by themselves do not earn a signup reward.
3. Holds and review
If contact verification is missing, or if an unusual burst of repeated registrations appears, that record stays on hold. Held records are not included in payable rewards. Sharing a network, or signups rising in a short time, is not by itself proof of misuse.
An administrator compares verification, consent, duplicates, attribution, and related records, decides valid or excluded, and keeps the reason and the history. Signups from a genuine shared event or a shared network are reviewed with the available evidence.
A suspicious signal does not forfeit every reward you have. Results that are already verified, undisputed, and unrelated to the review follow the existing payment terms. If repeated or intentional misuse is confirmed, we explain the reason and decide whether to limit new activity or end participation.
4. Checking records and appeals
The dashboard shows valid, held, and excluded counts and payout status. If you disagree with a count or an exclusion, send the link name, the period, your question, and evidence you can share to the contact on your terms sheet. Do not attach a customer’s email, phone number, or a password.
The team checks the reason and the evidence again and tells you the result. A record excluded by mistake is corrected to a valid result. A change to a record already included in a payout does not overwrite the old ledger. It is handled as a separate adjustment with evidence.
5. Payout requests and the fee
When payable unsettled rewards are at least USD 100, you request the payout yourself on the dashboard. Each new request deducts USD 3.50 once. Requesting signup rewards and sales rewards together still incurs the fee once. A USD 100 reward pays USD 96.50.
A normally accepted request is paid to the payout details you registered within 7 business days. Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays under the calendar on your terms sheet, and counting starts on the next business day after the request is accepted. The time zone and holiday calendar are written on that sheet. If the payout details are wrong or more confirmation is needed, we explain the reason and what to do.
A balance under USD 100 carries forward and does not expire on its own. When the collaboration ends, the schedule and method for the remaining balance, and who pays bank or conversion costs, are set on your terms sheet. Confirming a reward, approving a payout, and sending the money are different steps.
A payout request that was already confirmed keeps the unit price, rate, and fee recorded at that time. New terms are not applied backward to past payments.
6. Content and information
Disclose ads, products provided, and results rewards, and separate an experience you had yourself from materials the brand provided. An honest opinion is respected. A positive review is not a condition of payment. Detailed posting and brand rules are shared after participation is confirmed. Reuse and advertising rights are agreed separately.
Verification uses the source system’s verification state, duplicate status, attribution, and signals of abnormal registration. Network or device signals, when needed, are handled as non-identifying keys. You are not given customer contact details or raw network data.
