What we collect with an application
Information we require
We receive the email you enter on the application, your name or creator name, the country where you work, your age in full years so we can check the program minimum, your main social channel, the address and follower or subscriber count of channels you run, content languages, the type of collaboration, a short introduction and plan, three sample content links, and confirmation of the application terms. You can leave unused social addresses empty. An account is not required to apply.
Ambassador application
We also ask for the watch model and OS, diving experience, how many dive trips or local shoots you had in the last 12 months and plan in the next 12 months, a date and place within the next three months, underwater camera gear, and whether you can work for one year. We do not collect trip receipts, certification numbers, original dive logs, identity documents, account passwords, or payment details.
Optional information
Gender and the main countries of your audience are optional. You can apply without answering gender. Gender is never used as a selection score. For audience countries, enter only an aggregate you can provide, not a list of people.
Why we use it, and who can see it
We use it to review the collaboration and contact you, to check whether the channel, content, and real-use conditions fit, to prepare a product if one is provided, and to show you your own results and payout information. Staff with permission can see the application during review. After approval, you can see your own results while logged in. We do not publish an applicant's personal information to other participants or on the public recruitment page.
Checking results and misuse
We check link attribution, whether a contact was verified and consent was given, duplicates, tests, self-referrals, and abnormal registration signals when needed. If a network or device signal is used, it is handled as a non-identifying key. Raw IP addresses, browser fingerprints, and customer contact details are not shown on the creator screen. Reviewers and the reason and history of a correction are kept for payout verification.
Who holds this information
The controller is DIVEROID LTD, company number 16343651. Registered office: Office 12146, 182-184 High Street North, East Ham, London E6 2JA, United Kingdom. Privacy questions: help@diveroid.com.
Where an application is stored
We store the application on our server and in a private Notion database used to review applications. We use Resend to send our emails, including, if you are approved, your creator ID and a temporary password. Only authorized staff can open an application.
Why we process it
Required details are used to review the collaboration you asked for, and to run the account, security checks, and payouts. Optional fields, including gender, are processed only if you choose to provide them.
How long we keep it
We keep the application while the review or the collaboration is active. Records still needed for a payout, a complaint, or a legal duty are kept after that. Email help@diveroid.com to ask for access, a correction, deletion, or to withdraw the application.
Providers outside your country
Our server, the private Notion database, and Resend may process the application outside the country you apply from.
